Dr. Sudhakar Rao, an esteemed IEEE Fellow and President & CEO of RaoS Consultants LLC, has cultivated a remarkable career spanning over 47 years, marked by significant contributions to antenna and microwave technology. His extensive experience includes prominent roles at aerospace giants like Northrop Grumman Space Systems and Lockheed Martin, where his innovative work has been adopted as worldwide standards. A prolific inventor, Dr. Rao holds numerous patents and trade secrets, and his authorship of numerous technical papers has solidified his reputation as a leading authority in his field. His dedication to advancing technology is further underscored by the many prestigious awards he has received, as well as his active and influential participation within the IEEE organization, where he has held numerous leadership positions. Prof. M.V. Karthikeyan is a distinguished figure in the field of electronics and communication engineering, whose career is marked by both academic excellence and significant research contributions. Currently serving as the Director of IIITDM Kancheepuram, his expertise spans high-power millimeter-wave and terahertz sources, RF circuits, and computational electromagnetics. With a rich history at institutions like IIT Roorkee and a strong association with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany, Prof. Karthikeyan has amassed a wealth of experience. As a Fellow of numerous prestigious organizations, including the IEEE, INAE, and IET, his influence is widely recognized. He is a prolific author, having published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and authored several books, and his research interests reflect a commitment to pushing the boundaries of microwave technology.

Dr. Rajiv V. Joshi is a key technical lead at T. J. Watson research center, IBM. He received his B.Tech I.I.T (Bombay, India), M.S (M.I.T) and Dr. Eng. Sc. (Columbia University).. He received 3 Outstanding Technical Achievement (OTAs), 3 highest Corporate Patent Portfolio awards for licensing contributions, and has over 235 US patents and over 354 including international patents. He has authored and co-authored over 200 papers. He has given over 50 invited/keynote talks and given several Seminars. He is awarded prestigious IEEE Daniel Noble award for 2018 and Industrial pioneer award from IEEE CAS. He is IEEE, ISQED and World Technology Network fellow.
